A majority of the parking lot at Park Meadows remains free to shoppers, with a small portion designated as Preferred Paid Parking. Preferred Paid Parking is managed through 12 Oaks. For information on parking rates, please visit https://12oaksparking.com/brookfield/. Preferred paid parking is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Purchase a Preferred Paid Parking space at Park Meadows today and 9% of your parking payment (less taxes and platform fees) will be donated to Special Olympics Colorado on behalf of Park Meadows.
